General

My goal for this blog is to provide information about Dutch culture and the differences between the Dutch and American culture. This will include Dutch traditions, Dutch recipes, Dutch crafts for kids and moms and Dutch things I find in the US of A.

The information you read on this blog is free to any and all readers/subscribers. It’s content I have carefully researched and written in the hope that it would be the most helpful to my audience. As a result of this goal, many, many hours and late nights…and coffee;) have gone into making this blog what it is today. Because of this, I sometimes receive compensation from various companies. I also accept advertising and participate in affiliate programs.

However, I do this in order to keep working on Crafty Dutch Girl, developing my passion, and furthering the cause of my mission for this site.

As such, I only partner with brands and companies that align with that overall mission. I only promote products, brands an companies that I have personally used or can recommend from other sources that I trust.

In this online space, honesty and integrity among bloggers can be hard to come by, but I try to do everything in my power to gain and keep the trust and confidence of my readers.

Affiliate Links

Throughout this blog, I occasionally reference my use of affiliate links (sometimes called referral links); these references are called disclosures and are required as noted by the FTC in the U.S.

What does this have to do with you?

My disclosures are in place to let you know everything that’s going on and to let you know that if you click on one of my affiliate links on this blog, it links to a product, brand, or company that will give me a commission if you purchase through my unique link. This happens at no extra cost to you.  Any commission I earn from an affiliate link helps me keep doing this crazy, but fun thing called “blogging”.

I SO very much appreciate your support.

Thanks you, my friend!

Lots of Love

Danielle
